Job Summary

We are currently seeking dedicated and efficient packers to join our team. Packers are responsible for the production and packing of a variety of manufactured products and supporting all assembly lines by packing.

Responsibilities

• Follow company packing procedures and standards.

• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Maintain a steady packing pace to avoid falling behind in production.

• Work at different stations as required by production needs.

• Inspect products to ensure quality.

• Verify the correct quantity before packing according to the spec sheet.

• Weigh products when required.

• Seal packed products using tape or glue as needed.

• Stack master cases/boxes on pallets.

• Maintain a fast pace to keep up with production demands.

• Limited movement around the workspace.

• Keep the working area and equipment clean and orderly.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

• Pay attention to detail and report any defective products to management.

• Efficiently handle products to avoid damage.

Requirements

• You will be required to work 2-3 Saturdays per month.

• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds throughout the entire 8-hour shift.

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

• Attention to detail and ability to inspect products for quality.

• Ability to maintain a fast pace and keep up with production demands.

• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.

• Responsibility for clocking in and out accurately, and notifying the manager/supervisor if timecards do not register punches.

Shifts and Pay

• 1st Shift: 8:00am – 4:20pm | Starting $12.00

• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 12:20am | Starting $13.00

• 3rd Shift: 12:00am – 8:20am | Starting $15.50

Mandatory Saturdays: You will be required to work 2-3 Saturdays per month.
